Helen is a seasoned data strategist and leader with a passion for transforming organisations by building strong data cultures and delivering impactful, data-driven initiatives. With experience spanning financial services, transport, retail, and higher education, she brings a unique perspective on how data can drive innovation, improve efficiency, and enable sustainable growth.
A Chief Data Officer and non-executive director, Helen is recognised as one of the DataIQ Top 100 Data Leaders (2025 & 2026) and serves on the advisory committee for the European Chief Data Officers Network. Drawing on her background in finance, commercial and strategy, she bridges commercial insight with institutional priorities to unlock value from data.
