About the speaker
Jemma Waters is Project Director at the Connection Project. Previously she was Head of Customer First Delivery at Lloyds Banking Group. She has 15+ years experience across personalisation, data and customer strategy and delivery. Most recently 5+ years leading customer-first digital participation and financial inclusion at UK's largest bank. Now setting up a FTSE coalition looking to drive an inclusive, co-ordinated digital UK (BT, BBC, ITV, Lloyds, OpenReach, NatWest etc) which is about creating the conditions for shared, practical action, and a fair transition to a fully digital society that delivers success for UK plc, companies and citizens. Other roles include: - Appointed on UK Govt Digital Skills Council - Trustee of FutureDotNow - Global Advisory Board Member to Battersea Cats and Dogs Home.
