Speaker

Neil Barnatt

Synopsis

Neil takes the audience on a journey through software errors and the link to safety risk. The position is developed by explaining some of the difficulties in the assessment process. There is an assertion that risk assessment is getting more difficult as systems become more complex.

The presentation explores why the pesky user can sometimes be the hero of the piece rather than the villain. The presentation ends with an outline of the Composite Assessment Method (CAM).
