Synopsis
Numerous challenges face today’s digital leaders across the Technology sector. Challenges include AI, cybersecurity, how to improve D&I practices, and how to increase the number of women in technology. Come to hear the views of the Executive Chair of a $1 Billion group on these topics and more.
About the speaker
Bev White, Executive Chair of Nash Squared Bev is the Executive Chair and until recently was the Group CEO of Nash Squared, home of Harvey Nash, a $1bn global technology recruitment, IT solutions and leadership services group with 36 offices across USA, Europe and Asia.
Following a degree in Computer Science, Bev began her career in technology, where she held CIO and IT leadership positions at Schlumberger and NTL (which became Virgin Media. Since 2002, she has combined a passion for technology with a career in recruitment and talent, where she has held various leadership roles, most recently as the Executive Chair of and recently the Group CEO for Nash Squared, home of Harvey Nash, and previously the CEO in the UK and Ireland for GI Group, one of the world’s largest staffing companies operating in 57 countries.
Bev believes deeply in the power of people. Creating a sustainable culture where people can thrive is the cornerstone of everything she does. She’s also a qualified coach, and has spent most of her career helping people-centric businesses grow.
Bev is an advocate for diversity and inclusion in Technology as a career choice, making it her mission to show this career segment as a place where people from all walks of life can thrive.
