Who is this event aimed at?
BCS members, University, college, and school students, local businesspeople and the general public with an interest in psychology and how it can be applied within businesses and teams.
Speaker biography
Nicole is a Business Psychologist with approaching twenty years’ experience in business and organisational leadership. She is a “pracademic” with a professional interest in S.E.N.D and supporting current and future generations to thrive in the workforce. Nicole’s interest in organisational psychology is rooted in exploring ways in which psychological theory can be applied to identify operational patterns and explain challenges to promote growth whilst supporting the wellbeing of teams, managers, and leaders.
Nicole earned her MSc in Business Psychology in 2018 from the University of Worcester continuing her studies to doctoral level, exploring the psychological contract with autistic people as a novel approach to understanding the autism employment gap. She is an associate lecturer at the University of Worcester on the undergraduate psychology programme and MSc in Business psychology and is also part of the student research supervisory team with partner institution, the Hong Kong Management Association.
