Speaker
Dr Sean Clark
Synopsis
This presentation will explore the conservation of computer art, the challenges faced in the field, and why connections with organisations such as the CCS are so important.
The speaker will pay particular attention to pioneering work from the 1960s, micro-computer work from the 1980s, and web-based work from the 2000s. He will then present some insights into what we should be conserving now in the world of AI and digital art.
