Essential Digital Skills for Work - Funded
Entry level 3 and Level 1 qualifications with full funding for learners in England aged 16 -19 and for adults, aged 19+ (employed or unemployed) with no or low digital skills. The EDSQs are mapped to the Department of Education’s national standards for basic digital literacy and cover all five fundamental skills areas.
ECDL Level 1 & 2 Awards and Certificates - Funded
ECDL is the European Computer Driving Licence, recognised by employers across the world as the benchmark in digital and IT user skills. ECDL is the world’s number one IT user qualification, with over 15 million programmes delivered worldwide.
ICDL Level 3 Advanced Certificate in IT User Skills - Funded
The BCS Level 3 Certificate in IT User Skills (ICDL Advanced) became fully funded from April 2021 for all adults under the ‘Lifetime Skills Guarantee’ for any adult (unemployed or employed) who does not have ‘A’ levels or a full level 3 qualification. The qualifications on this National Skills Fund have been carefully chosen to help adults improve their job prospects and upskill the nation with the digital skills employers, and employees, need.
BCS Higher Education Qualifications (Levels 4, 5 & 6) - UK & International
Choose how you study your BCS higher education qualifications to fit in with your other work-life-family commitments. HEQ is an affordable, modular and flexible programme that allows you to study at a pace to suit you and is examined at degree level. On completion you achieve BCS Professional status MBCS, with post-nominals after your name and a fast-track to Chartered IT Professional.

Digital Modular Programme (Level 3 & 4)
This programme of learning will support digital apprentices or can be studied as a standalone qualification for any adult who wishes to specialise in a chosen profession and will comprise one Core Digital module, and a choice of industry-specific supplementary modules in a range of occupational specialisms. More information to come on the first qualifications to be released for: Data Analyst; DevOps; Software Developer; Network Engineer and Digital Marketer.
