Customer Service Live Chat

To begin your Live Chat session click the Support button in the bottom right corner of this page.

The support service will offer you our most commonly requested help articles and you can also ask our automated assistant for further information. If you'd like to get in touch with the Customer Service team, select 'Get in touch'.

You can use our Live Chat service in a separate window. Click the arrow icon in the top corner of the chat box (as shown below).

Once you have finished your chat, you can end the session via the 'three dots' in the bottom corner of the chat box.

Our Live Chat operators may not always be available during busy periods and the chat window will not appear. If you'd like to send us a message instead, submit your query via our web form. The Customer Service team will then respond to you via email.
