Sathpal Singh

Sath is a passionate, energetic and people-oriented technology and agile leader. He believes in the power of collaboration and community, and is also a visual practitioner and storyteller.

Having amassed over 20 years of industry experience with international clients and global brands. He has moved from hands-on engineering roles into management and leadership positions spanning both the public and private sectors. At present Sath is leading global community initiatives to build engineering capability and enhance culture in the finance sector.

Sath is a Chartered IT Practitioner (CITP), Chartered Manager (CMgr) and Fellow of the Learning & Performance Institute (FLPI). He undertakes a number of additional voluntary roles and is Organiser at The Future of Work Scotland meetup and Communications Lead on the board of CMI Scotland. He also holds PSM II, PSK and PSPO Scrum.org certifications, and a diploma in Digital Marketing.
