Ashley Ross-Breen reporting on “BCSWomen take the 148th Girl Guides to Code Clan!”

BCSWomen Scotland worked with CodeClan in Edinburgh to plan, coordinate and deliver an interactive coding workshop for the 148th Girl Guide unit on Wednesday 9th May.

Building on the introduction to the industry and technology the girls had with us back in April, this event gave the girl guide unit the chance to build real life working code.

Led by a Code Clan expert, the girls learnt how to build their own ‘FizzBuzz’ game in JavaScript as well as have a tour of their cool facilities!

A great night was had by all!
