Claudio Cilli FBCS
Claudio Cilli is a recognized world leading authority in the areas of National Security and Intelligence, company protection, information systems security and compliance, with over 25 years of experience. He currently advises governments and int’l companies in the cyber-security and critical infrastructures protection areas.
University professor and researcher. Lesson arguments include computer science, software compilers, lexical and semantic analyzers, information systems analysis and development. Member of the scientific and advisory boards. Teacher in the post-graduate master’s in computer security and IT Governance.
Consultant to the U.S. Government and companies who supply the Department of Defense. Consultant at the United Nations. With many big firms, he is responsible of IS Audit and security projects, which include civil and military sectors, software quality and code security, security of the information systems and installations. Designed and implemented systems based on mainframes and distributed architecture, including Disaster Recovery and both data and physical security, information and site protection.
At the European Union Agency for Network and Information Security (ENISA) he was appointed as expert for assisting in the implementation of the ENISA Work Program (Emerging application areas, transportation and automotive, eGovernment, eHealth, Information security risk management, Business or sector Information Systems Security.
Authored and published in several specialised books and magazines. He is frequently invited as speaker in many international conferences and seminars.
Areas of expertise: Information & Communication Security in complex organizations, Cyber Intelligence and counterintelligence, Homeland security and protection of critical infrastructures, Cryptography, Privacy & Data protection, Cybercrime and Digital forensics, Cyber-security / Cyber-Intelligence / Cyber-Warfare / Cyber-Terrorism, Socio-cultural issues and risks in the digital society.

Chrisina Jayne CITP FBCS
Chrisina Jayne is Pro Vice-Chancellor (Global Engagement and Partnerships) at Teesside University, with over 25 years’ experience in UK higher education. Her expertise spans academic leadership, curriculum innovation, student success, artificial intelligence, machine learning and neural networks.
She is a Fellow of BCS, Chartered IT Professional, Principal Fellow of the Higher Education Academy and National Teaching Fellow. Chrisina has published widely, held senior roles in the international AI community, and is passionate about Athena Swan, gender equality and encouraging more women and girls into computing, AI and digital careers.

Harpreet Panesar MBCS
Harpreet Panesar is Director of Membership and Volunteer Engagement at BCS.
She joined the organisation in March 2026. Previous to the BCS, Harpreet spent close to 25 years at ICAEW (the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales), where she most recently served as Head of the Student to Member Journey. Over the course of her career, she has led regional operations, marketing and communications, enterprise growth and member engagement across the UK, including as Regional Director for London and the East.
At BCS, Harpreet is leading the growth, diversification, and retention of membership, while maximising the impact of BCS’ events, volunteer networks, and expert communities. She will be central to delivering the outcomes of the recent membership community review, renewing the relevance, reach and power of BCS’ expert groups and ensuring the organisation serves the entirety of its diverse and growing membership.
Harpreet also serves as treasurer at her daughter's secondary school in Chislehurst, Bromley and has volunteered in this role for over 5 years.
