One of the best things about working with our Publishing Team is that I get the chance to read so many of our books. The Human Touch is our latest and even before I reach the end of chapter two I can say it is becoming one of my favourites - apologies to Pat Brans, author of my previous favourite, Master the Moment.
According to co-author Debra Paul, the handshake is “a complete minefield for the professional.” I couldn’t agree more, especially when it comes to that first meeting - whether a business meeting, interview or even a date. I personally don’t like a handshake that feels like I’m having my hand crushed, or one that is so limp it feels like your hand drips off it, or worse yet that is clammy or lingers a little bit too long!
