Innovation: I crossed the stream, I had a dream

Everyone wants innovation, whether it be novelty or an improved way of being enterprising. There are so many inspiring articles published, daily it seems. Everything is changing: do you need to be more innovative as an individual or at work?

At this event, we will explore first the question, ‘why is innovation needed’? From there we can start to create new ideas, select the best and then implement, having thought about any barriers we may face. If the idea has innovation, someone will adopt it. The group’s challenge will be to use some tools of innovation.

The event will be facilitated by Adrian Gregory, a Principal Upstream Consultant at MORE Oil & Gas Plc. Do come along, and help us innovate!

The CMI London Peer Learning Group is a friendly place where anyone working or studying in Central London in management and leadership is welcome to join.
