About the speaker
Gail Logan CPCC
Gail Logan CPCC is an Organisational & Leadership Development Consultant working with clients across multiple sectors. She has over twenty years senior experience leading front line Customer Support functions in organisations such as Adobe, Fujitsu and GE.
She set up her own coaching and training business, Kore Transformation, in 2016 and currently works across the UK and internationally. She helps organisations improve business results by maximising the performance of teams and key individuals. She also maintains a small practice of private clients. She is a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach having completed and passed the rigorous training and certification programme run by The Coach Training Institute. She is a member of the International Coach Federation and will be accredited by them in 2018.
She is licensed to assess organisations against the Investors in People and Investors in Young People frameworks and to deliver the diagnostic skills review ‘Skills for Growth’ through her work as a Specialist with Remarkable (formerly Investors in People Scotland).
