We are pleased to announce that the next UK SAM Networking event will be on 16th January at the BCS Offices in Covent Garden, London.
This session will consist of a short talk from Chris Morgan of Astute Licensing on the promise and challenges of Demand Management, followed by a networking supper and a round table session where groups can discuss the topic in more detail. Finally, we will spend 20 minutes feeding conclusions back to the wider group.
Software demand management is only going to get more important as we move from the old world of perpetually owned licenses to the new world of subscriptions. Understanding and managing future demand will be critical both in managing ongoing compliance for perpetual licenses, but also ensuring subscriptions and support & maintenance are right sized for your organisation and costs are managed.
