Synopsis

Join us for the Sussex Branch May meeting. We will feature a talk from a member of the Branch community, a chance to discuss branch news and then free discussion and networking.

Have you ever felt frustrated that people don't "get it" quite like you do? If so, this talk is for you.

Join community member Matthew Bellringer for a talk about the importance of diverse perspectives to both innovation and resilience. We'll look at how overlooked differences and unseen diversity can provide insight which leads to breakthrough improvements. We'll examine ways that individuals and organisations can turn these differences from a burden to an advantage. We'll share our experiences of working with divergent traits in ourselves and others.
