Notice of Annual General Meeting 2021 and Section Elections.
Agenda
1. Section Reporting:
a. Financial report for fiscal year of the period April 1, 2020 to October 31, 2021.
b. Report of activities for the period April 1, 2020 to October 31, 2021.
c. Report of the Auditing Committee for the period April 1, 2020 to October 31, 2021.
2. Section Planning:
a. Financial Budget for the fiscal year of the period November 1, 2021 to March 31,2022.
b. Action plan for the period November 1, 2021 to March 31, 2022.
3. Section Elections:
a. Elections for the new Board of Directors
b. Elections for the new Elections Committee
c. Elections for the new Audit Committee
Members of the Section are invited to attend the meeting and vote on the above matters. Detailed information about the on-line participation and e-voting, will follow by email.
Members of the Section who are interested to put themselves forward and voted as Members of the new Board of Directors, the new Audit Committee and the new Elections Committee of the Section for the years 2021 – 2023, are invited to do so by expressing their interest in written to the Secretary of the Section by email to hellenic@bcs.org by Friday October 15, 2021.
Important note: In order to be able to participate in the voting, each Member shall need to provide to the Election Committee identification evidence, his/her valid BCS membership card and the payment advice (printout of the bank transfer order) of his/her annual subscription fee to the BCS Hellenic Section (2€). The payment of the annual subscription fee to the BCS Hellenic Section (2€) should be done by bank transfer, email hellenic@bcs.org for the account information.
No cash payments will be accepted, due to COVID safety measures.
