Today, organisations are distributed, businesses can be purely virtual and the pandemic has shone a harsh spotlight on the need to develop operational resilience, not just efficiency.
In this round-table we explore hybrid working – what it means, what strategies work and how hybrid is changing leadership’s definition.

Those services include transforming the NHS Jobs platform and building the COVID Home Testing service to get frontline workers back to work during the first stages of the pandemic.
Sathpal Singh CITP FBCS: Sitting at the intersection of Engineering, Agile and communities. Sath is an experienced technology and Agile leader, with a passion for community development. Currently helping drive change in the UK financial services sector. He is also Chair of the BCS Agile Methods SG, Organiser at Future of Work Scotland and Co-founder of the Making Community podcast.
