Join us for our round-table discussion on hybrid working.
Synopsis
How organisations work, how they are staffed, led and structured have all changed – or they should. Before COVID, in HQs across the country, teams came together and focused on achieving efficiency. Today, organisations are distributed, businesses can be purely virtual and the pandemic has shone a harsh spotlight on the need to develop operational resilience, not just efficiency.
In this round-table we explore hybrid working – what it means, what strategies work and how hybrid is changing leadership’s definition.
