Synopsis

Data protection can be a complex topic, particularly when the concept of 'legitimate interest' comes into play.

There can be many interpretations of legitimate interest, but how can you determine what is appropriate? In this webinar, data protection experts Rowenna Fielding and Gary Shipsey will explore a fictional case study based on monitoring of employee behaviour by an employer.

This webinar is a great opportunity to learn more about 'legitimate interest' considerations, suitable for: students, system designers and those with explicit or implicit responsibility or accountability for data protection within organisations (including Human Resources and Marketing Management).
