Since the inception of Community Support Committee, it has generated feedback through channels such as conventions, chair and vice chair meetings, the volunteer satisfaction survey and Chair reports.

On this webinar we will present and discuss the feedback, identifying some of the opportunities and plans for the year ahead to improve the volunteering experience in BCS member groups. We will also be releasing our programme schedule for the year ahead, with key dates for our community leaders.
