Synopsis
Join the Early Careers Executive for a night of networking and lively conversation! We’ll kick off with a talk from Christina Lovelock, author of the new BCS book, “Careers in Tech, Data and Digital: From education to employment”. We'll discuss some of the lessons she’s picked up from her career in tech, followed by a Q&A where you can ask her questions.
Then, we’ll head into smaller groups you can get to know each other better, and build some connections while discussing what's happening in your career at the moment, and what your goals are as an early career professional. Take it as an opportunity to share your successes and lift each other up as you navigate the difficult journey into the world of tech.
Christina and members of the exec will join each of the breakout rooms throughout the evening for you to seek advice or simply chat. At the end of the event, you’ll be encouraged to swap LinkedIn details/emails/etc so you can stay in touch with each other and us when we organise future "Career Connections" webinars. Share your wins, challenges, and goals—and leave with fresh perspectives and new connections. Don’t miss out!
