Synopsis
As the Internet of Things (IoT) ecosystem expands, the need for robust security measures to protect connected devices and data has never been more critical. This presentation will explore key aspects of IoT security, focusing on cryptographic techniques, device management, and emerging strategies to combat evolving threats like quantum computing. The focus will be on cryptographic key usage, key injection, the use of PUF technology, and the integration of quantum-safe techniques to future-proof IoT systems.
About the speaker
Chris Jones
Chris Jones is Crypto Quantique’s IoT Director of Applications. Following a 28-year career in project management and field applications engineering with Cypress Semiconductor, Renesas, and Secure Thingz, Chris joined Crypto Quantique in May 2020. Chris holds a BSc in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from the University of Coventry, UK.
