Alina founded her company Unique.Bold.You – with the mission is to inspire 50 million people globally to see failure as an opportunity to grow, sharing lessons learnt from the various challenges that she encountered on my journey as a female from working class, a first generation immigrant with a disability – growing at ultra-fast speed in a male dominated industry. Alina is keen for underrepresented groups to be seen, heard and recognised.
Further to this, Alina is an Influence Board Member of British Computer Society, the Chartered Institute of IT - with the view that we share the beauty of Data & Technology with the younger generations, the women, those from underrepresented & underprivileged backgrounds as we empower them to see the beauty of Data & Technology, believe in themselves, be seen & heard, and help fulfil their true career potential - consequently maximizing their contributions to the economy, society, and communities.
