Morris is an author, speaker, and award-winning leader with more than two decades’ experience guiding organisations through complexity, uncertainty, and large-scale change.He has led technology functions through periods of extraordinary growth, coached leaders and teams in international software rollouts, supported global teams through transformation, and overseen the launch of 50+ commercial cloud products and services.
Recognised with multiple awards, Stephen brings a candid, practical voice to the challenges of modern leadership and delivery. He lives in Hampshire, UK, with his family and an implausibly loud cat.
