Synopsis

Careers in tech and in particular, Quality rarely follow a straight line.

This session brings together voices to speak about early careers, recruitment insight, and community perspectives to explore how people start, grow, and progress in roles where testing and quality are part of the work.

Alongside practical advice on entry points, skills, and progression, the discussion will touch on inclusion, different working styles, and why diverse perspectives, including how neurodiverse ways of thinking strengthen teams across the tech industry.
