Synopsis
The event is aimed at people already working in information technology. It will give them an initial take on QC technology as it stands now. It will, further give BCS insight from people with experience in the field on how this may develop over the next 1-2 years and perhaps a little beyond.
It will provide a basis for attendees to consider, in and beyond this event, whether QC may be of wider or deeper interest to them.
It will signpost further events from the BCS Quantum Computing Specialist Group and help attendees decide whether these may be of interest to them.
The open questions and answers at the end will give attendees a chance to ask more open questions and, if desired, to engage in cross talk about issues of particular interest.
Our events are for adults aged 16 years and over.
This meeting is conducted in accordance with the BCS Code of Conduct for Meetings.
