VeriSM™ is designed to introduce fundamental new service management skills and knowledge to enable individuals to participate in a service organisation to deliver value to the consumer. 
  • VeriSM™ Plus Certificate can be combined with VeriSM™ Essentials to give full equivalency to the VeriSM™ Foundation Certificate.

Entry requirements

  • Candidates wishing to take this VeriSM™ Plus Certificate must hold one or more of the following:
    • VeriSM™ Essentials Certificate
    • A current Foundation Certificate (or equivalent) from most other recognised service management frameworks

  • VeriSM™ is a service management approach that helps service providers to create a flexible operating model to meet desired business outcomes. It describes how an organisation can define its service management principles and then use organisational capabilities, emerging technologies and a combination of management practices to deliver value.
