Membership and registration fees
If you've completed your digital / IT apprenticeship, you are now eligible for a discounted offer on the first year of BCS Professional membership (MBCS) and RITTech registration.
The fee for both is now £30 for the first year you are a BCS member (£25 for MBCS membership and £5 for RITTech registration) - that’s a huge £134 annual saving!
After the one-year discounted period ends, you will need to pay the standard rates of annual Professional membership subscription and RITTech registration in order to keep both.

Apply for RITTech and Professional (MBCS) membership in 5 simple steps!
You MUST have completed a digital IT apprenticeship within the last 12 months.
You’ll need to be a BCS member. This means you are either a current AMBCS member already and upgrading to Professional (MBCS) membership, or are applying for BCS membership for the first time. Please choose from one of the routes below.
Follow the on-screen instructions to apply for Professional membership - depending on which route you choose and complete the necessary steps.
When you get to the payment page, you’ll need to enter the discount code that will be provided to you by your apprenticeship training provider. To ensure a smooth application, we advise you have this ready before you start the process.
Your application will be checked by BCS and validated before we send you an email to confirm your new RITTech and MBCS status. Please note that your MBCS membership will be immediately confirmed once you have applied, however RITTech will take up to 10 working days to process and you will receive a certificate and pen in the post.
