Federation of Enterprise Architecture Professional Organisations (FEAPO)
BCS is a member of FEAPO, an association of professional organisations whose members have an active interest in the practice and professionalism of Enterprise Architecture.
FEAPO provides a forum to facilitate collaboration and coordination of activities among Enterprise Architecture (EA) related professional organisations, to work toward a better integrated community and 'one face' for the advancement of the practice and profession of Enterprise Architecture.
Since 2011 the BCS has been a member of FEAPO and we have an opportunity to shape this new organisation, and to help it achieve its objective of creating a single face for enterprise architecture. FEAPO has started to define a roadmap and has constituted five working groups to begin to move forward. Those groups are:
- Ethical Code Working Group
- Communications Working Group
- Inventory Mapping Project
- Taxonomy Working Group
- Governance Working Group
All the groups would like to hear from anyone from the BCS Enterprise Architecture SG who would like to get involved. They are particularly interested to hear from anyone with skills in the relevant areas.
