BCS presents IT Awards at Stormont

This year's winner was Barry Lowry, Head of IT Assist, Enterprise Shared Services, Northern Ireland Civil Service (NICS). After lunch with some of the brightest and best of Northern Ireland's IT industry, BCS President Elizabeth Sparrow presented the IT Professional of the year award to Barry Lowry for his contribution to the IT industry.
