Details:

Find out how in under 18 months David and the NGN team changed the way the business delivered change, IT enabled or otherwise.

David describes his session as less of a presentation monologue and more of a "discussion and share" about experiences he has been lucky enough to have. He expects to be interrupted, challenged and questioned!

About the speaker:

Dave Clark, the former Director of Innovation, Improvement and Information at Northern Gas Networks (NGN), and now a co-founder of an expert network call HiveMind shares some of his experience of implementing agile across an entire company - from boardroom to "shop floor". David has very strong views and opinions on the whole "agile bandwagon" as he often refers to it, and in this session will bring to life the ups and downs of "being agile" covering it's implications on teams, technologies, culture and change management.
