This talk will introduce Microsoft Dynamics CRM and discuss how it has become the tool for ‘enhanced user experience’. Hayley will present case studies of organisations such as The Metro Bank, Pandora and Macmillan Cancer Support who have experienced transformation of their business processes.

Having worked within the CRM industry for over 12 years Hayley is a Senior Business Architect within Microsoft Dynamics CRM R&D engaging directly with customers to identify and capture emerging trends and business insight from the people that use the Microsoft solutions. Hayley acts as a connection point to the R&D team to help influence the future direction of the product but also connects customers so that they can share best practice. Hayley Bass has been at Microsoft for over 7 years and covered a variety of roles within the UK and worldwide to help drive the CRM business forward and speak about best practice to make a CRM project successful.
