If you hold one of these certifications that has at least 6 months’ validity remaining at the date of application and, you can provide the link to your IBM badge record for verification purposes, you can apply for CITP registration via this fast track route. You will need to provide evidence of breadth of IT knowledge - here's some guidance for completing your application for CITP registration.

To apply to BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT please download and complete the application form below and send it to: processing@bcs.uk

If you are not a Professional member of BCS your application will include assessment for admission to membership of BCS.

Existing BCS members: You will need to pay an application fee. The Chartered Professional membership subscription will be payable on your normal membership renewal date after you have been successful in achieving CITP status.

New BCS members: If you are not a member of BCS you will need to pay a Chartered Professional membership subscription fee as well as an application fee.
