What support do you offer employers?

Every quarter, we share a Line Manager Toolkit. These sessions provide line managers with up-to-date funding information, practical advice, and top tips for navigating the EPA process.

They also offer valuable opportunities to network with other employers and the BCS team, exchange ideas, and discuss common challenges.

How do I partner with BCS?

Choosing to partner with BCS is easy. It starts with an introductory call with one of our team so we can understand your business better. You'll then be asked to become an accredited training provider. Once you are  onboarded, we will guide you through the EPA process.

What happens after an EPA takes place?

Following EPA, we’ll provide results and feedback to the training provider, who will then share these with the employer.

If the apprentice has passed, we’ll issue them with a certificate. And if resits or retakes are required, we’ll arrange this with the training provider.
