Steve Nevey

The talk will demonstrate the use of telemetry within racing and sports cars. Particular emphasis will be made on the practical advantages that such technology can give to car manufacturers. Additionally, the future applications of such systems within the average family car will be explored.

Steve Nevey has spent the last 24 years in the high-octane world of Formula 1 motor racing, working with F1 teams including Footwork Arrows, Stewart Grand Prix, Jaguar Racing and, until fairly recently, multi world champions Red Bull Racing. He has fulfilled a variety of technical and commercial roles, both behind the scenes at the teams’ highly sophisticated headquarters and at the sharp end - the race circuit.

A buffet will be provided at this event.
