ISACA Irish Chapter Conference 2009

I am pleased to confirm details of the ISACA Irish Chapter Conference 2009, which will take place on Friday 9 October 2009. The conference will take place at the Radisson SAS Royal Hotel, Golden Lane, Dublin 8, commencing at 9am, with registration from 8.30am.

This year's conference is focussed on assisting members continue to deliver IT governance in their organisations in the face of the economic crisis, and we also deal with current hot topic issues. We have a very interesting lineup of speakers and topics, as follows (in no particular order):

In addition to the above, we will also have a speaker discussing the latest ISACA certification, CGEIT, and we will award prizes to the top placed in each of the CISA, CISM and CGEIT exams in December 2008 and June 2009.

We are preparing the website for online registration for the conference, and this will open in the coming days. The cost of the conference is €100 for members [of ISACA or of ISSA Ireland] and €125 for non-members. This represents excellent value for money. Remember that you can obtain 7 CPE credits for attendance at the conference.
