This presentation will be followed by a brief AGM for the BCS PROMS-G Southern, Research shows that up to half of IT projects fail. At the same time, there is pressure for a rapid return of investment. As a result, project managers who fail to manage their projects effectively will put their jobs and their companies at risk.

The lecture will discuss the important elements of setting the project foundations in place which will ensure that your projects have a much better chance of success. It will cover areas such as project focus and matching the project to the business needs, maximising efficiency, team structure and teamwork - all set in place at project outset The lecture will also consider project planning in respect of the discernible benefits within a suitable timeframe.

Our speaker, Pradeep Mathur, is Head of integration services at Differentis. Pradeep has 15 years of IT experience which includes managing high-profile e-business ventures. His career has spanned managing and delivering complex projects in the roles of Venture Manager, Programme Manager and Projects Manager. He has particular expertise in managing & turning around complex projects and programmes.

Before joining Differentis, Pradeep worked at CSC Vybe as an Associate Director.
