Coffee prior to meeting in HC 032, from 6.00pm Organised by the BCS Hampshire Branch, with BCSWomen Session Plan

Exercise: Split into groups of no more than eight people and tell a story of where you successfully planned and achieved an outcome. Choose a scribe to pick out the attributes generated with each success story. Take 45 minutes to do this.

Plenary: Share the learning by pulling out discoveries, insights, themes and action to take as a result. Be prepared to present the results and draw out themes for 15 min as one main group, then work in pairs to produce an action plan.

Outcome: Individual Action Plan for what I have to start, stop, do more of, do less of, adapt and learn.

Summary: Draw out own action plan for 2008.

Please bring a notebook or paper with you as the session is highly interactive and you will want to capture your design of the new you!
