Date Title and description

The two international quality conferences, SQM 2004 and Inspire 2004. Both were held consecutively at Canterbury Christ Church University, who sponsored the conferences.

Delegates attended the conferences from USA, Canada, France, Spain, Finland and Greece. The Pfizer Groups sponsored prizes for the best two Software Quality Management papers which was won by:
