Actually, it isn't. The real question is once we decide to change, how do we make the changes stick?

Asking experienced, successful project managers to change the way they work is always a risk, especially if they can"t see any personal benefits in changing. But we all know there are significant advantages to be gained by using best practices: all we have to do is persuade people to use them!

In this talk, Mike will describe clients who have enthusiastically embraced and adopted new project management processes and tools, and techniques for sustaining their new ways of working and for minimising the risks of the change.
