In 2015 AXELOS launched PRINCE2 Agile™, a new product that was built as an extension to PRINCE2. PRINCE2 Agile provides comprehensive guidance for the PRINCE2 community on how to govern and manage projects with PRINCE2 in an agile context. So how is it going?

This presentation will look at the feedback so far on specifics such as the manual, the training courses, the exam and the wider view of its place in today’s ever changing world of project management.

The presentation also provides answers to questions such as:

  • What are the strengths of PRINCE2 Agile?
  • What areas need to improve?
  • What is easy to pick up and what is not so easy to understand?
  • Why does PRINCE2 need to allow for different levels of agile maturity when providing guidance on tailoring?
  • What routes are available to take the exam?
  • How do I take the exam if I am not currently a live PRINCE2 Practitioner?
  • How do you pronounce Cynefin?

If you are new to PRINCE2 Agile or looking to update your knowledge in this area then why not come along to this event and catch up on the latest information on project management in an agile context.
