This event is a bite-size workshop for buyers, suppliers and contractors in the public, private and voluntary sectors. It shows how to improve responses to pre-qualifying procurement questionnaires and enhance contract compliance, enabling you to widen your supply chain into more cost-effective markets. Public sector procurers and corporates are increasingly asking suppliers to show their plans on mitigating and preventing risks. This event shows how this is done to widen corporate and public sector contracting opportunities, improve operational resilience across the supply chain, comply with regulations and safeguard management and contractor liabilities. You will learn how risk management tools enhance business continuity planning to help you and your supply chain win wider business opportunities.

The event is facilitated by BCS member Clive Bonny FIBC CMC FRSA
