The session will discuss the way that Consultants operate with clients and use tools and techniques to influence and communicate. Nicola will suggest that the first step to achieving extra-ordinary transformations with clients is to firstly understand the communication process and how to read the client.

In so doing and in working from a state of excellent rapport and trust with the client, a deeper, more embedded system of change can be operated.

Often changes and transformations do not succeed because the solutions and recommendations offered are not compatible with the clients map of the world or their value system. This is the second discussion area that I will cover. The importance of values, of having values which align to the business and how and why the most successful organisations are founded upon the strongest set of values - Apple, Innocent and Tesco etc.
